ראשי >> COMMERCIAL TORTS >> UNFAIR INTERFERENCE
This section of the law prohibits a business from preventing or burdening access to clients, employees, and agents of another business.
This interference can be physical, such as by blocking an access road, or can be by other means such as threatening or blocking access to certain sites. An example is a case in which a chain that provides service to a small-town blocks access to a competitor’s site, in which case a lawsuit can be filed based on unfair interference.
