Adv. Ariel Dubinsky is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2006, and a member of INTA since 2010. Adv. Dubinsky serves as the Deputy Chair of the Israel Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Committee, and is a leading expert on intellectual property in Israel.
Adv. Dubinsky has extensive experience representing international corporations in all areas of intellectual property law: Copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, commercial torts, and trade secrets. Adv. Dubinsky has unique expertise protecting his clients’ intellectual property rights and litigating to enforce these rights.
Parallel to managing the firm, Adv. Dubinsky participates in international conferences on intellectual property, as well as gives lectures and holds conferences for attorneys for the Israel Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Committee, of which he is the deputy chair.
